Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on the size and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Highway Trailer Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-routed packages.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Large or Freight Shipments

  • Some oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping.
  • Freight deliveries may require a scheduled appointment and signature upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments at delivery and noting any damage before signing.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 
  • If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
  • Highway Trailer Co. is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
