At Highway Trailer Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • No returns are accepted on electrical or hydraulic parts. However, if you experience any issues with one of our products, we want to hear from you. Please contact us at Orders@HighwayTrailerCo.com or call (936) 900-0386.

    All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we are committed to helping in any way we can to resolve your issue.

  • All returned parts must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Any items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • We will refund the parts full cost and taxes as soon as the customer ships the part back in good unused condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Installed or used parts
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
